Hacierba® 160/600

Self-supporting liner tray Hacierba® 160/600 for double-skin wall systems with high performance thermal insulation and acoustic parameters. It is the suitable alternative to sandwich panels in constructions of commercial or industrial objects, but also civic amenities buildings, such as sport halls. Variations of the external cladding in double-skin wall systems, including design profiles, offers many options of the architectural expression of the building.

• Spans up to 9.0m without the bearing substructure with the fore resistance of the double-skin system 120min
• Availability in 4 thicknesses of the sheet, from 0.75mm to 1.25mm for optimal structural design
• Use of the non-flammable mineral wool thermal insulation up to the thickness 240mm with overlap of tray joints 80mm
• Airborne sound insulation of the system up to 54dB, possibility of perforations for the sound absorption
